Para além de ser extremamente facil, é muito saboroso, prefiro ao feito com as farinhas já prontas. Bata as gemas, açucar, farinha e fermento. Juntar a raspa das laranjas e do limão, pode espremer também um bocadinho de sumo de laranja. Não se admire pelo facto da massa ficar muito espessa, adicione as claras envolvendo-as suavemente e obterá uma massa perfeita. Untar um tabuleiro (pode ser as tradicionais assadeiras rectangulares) com manteiga e farinha, verter o preparado e levar ao forno durante 15, 20 minutos (vá verificando pois coze muito depressa). Entretanto faça uma calda com agua, açucar e casca de laranja (aqui também pode adicionar um pouco de sumo de laranja), leve ao lume e deixe ferver. Reserve e deixe arrefecer. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Retire o bolo do tabuleiro e coloco-o em cima dum pano limpo e deixe arrefecer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Depois de frio, corte o bolo em pequenas fatias e vá molhando-as na calda de laranja, passando-as em seguida pelo coco (de todos os lados). &lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;- 1 medida de claras (uma chavena de chá dá para uma grande quantidade)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;- 2 medidas de acuçar (a receita original indica 4 medidas de açucar, eu fiz com 3 e ficou muito doce, fico à escolha)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Juntar as claras e o açucar num fervedor, levar ao lume em banho maria mexendo sempre. Quando começar a surgir umas bolinhas ou uma especie de espuma no cimo do preparado pode retirar do lume (atenção para não cozer as claras, não deve ferver). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Bater o preparado com a batedeira electrica. Ao retirar a batedeira a massa deve ficar com pequenos montes (deve estar firme) é sinal que está pronta.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Forrar um tabuleiro com papel de cozedura ou então barrar com manteiga e farinha e colocar os suspiros em pequenos montes. O ideal é utilizar o saco de pasteleiro mas neste caso utilizei uma colher de sopa, com o saco pode obter uns suspiros mais direitinhos e com várias formas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Levar ao forno a 130/150º. Verter o preparado para taças individuais ou uma travessa de servir. Molhar as bolachas em café e dispor por cima do preparado anterior. Batem-se as natas bem firmes (costumo adicionar um bocadinho de açucar nas natas +/- 1 colher de chá). Colocar as natas por cima das bolachas e termine com uma decoração a gosto. Bater as gemas com o açucar e acrescentar os ingredientes pela ordem (acima).
